We do our best to provide the lowest shipping rates possible.
Most in stock orders ship within 24-48 hours. If there is a problem with your order we will notify you by e-mail.
At this time we will ship only to the United States and Canada. If you are outside these areas please contact us about shipping. It's not that we won't ship to you, we are just trying to protect ourselves from fraud.
Returns
We want happy customers so please contact us about any problems you might have with your order and we will try to resolve it.
Do not return an item without contacting us first.
You may return an item for any reason but there will be a nominal 15% re-stocking fee.
If we determine that the product was shipped incorrectly or the problem with the item is our fault there will be no re-stocking fee. You must contact us!
You must pay for return shipping if an item is returned. Please use shipping that has a tracking number or some kind of delivery confirmation. We will not be responsible for lost items.
